Corporate Events/Day Rate

Half Day rate – $850 (up to four hours)
Full Day rate – $1500 (up to eight hours)

I believe in clear, upfront pricing for business headshots. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying before we begin. No surprise fees or hidden costs will appear after your session.

My standard individual headshot session in the Des Moines studio starts at $249. This includes your photo session, professional lighting, outfit changes, and two fully retouched digital images. Additional retouched photos are available for $49 each.

I post all my pricing on my website so you can make decisions that fit your budget. Many photographers hide their prices, but I think that wastes everyone’s time. My clients appreciate knowing costs from the start.

For on-location sessions at your workplace, I charge a base fee plus a per-person rate. The base setup fee covers my travel time and equipment setup. Then each person pays a reduced individual rate. This approach makes professional headshots affordable for everyone on your team.

Companies that need multiple headshots benefit from my corporate rates. These discounted packages make professional photos budget-friendly when photographing several team members. The more people in your session, the lower the per-person cost becomes.

My corporate headshot packages include:
