We arrive 30–45 minutes before the booth opens to set up lighting, backdrop, and equipment. Footprint is minimal — a 10×10 ft space is all we need. We handle all logistics so your team doesn't have to.

Each attendee gets 2–3 minutes of directed coaching, multiple frames, and a quick on-screen review before moving on. The line keeps moving. Quality stays consistent from the first headshot to the last.
