Review your fully retouched photos when your gallery arrives. If you're not completely satisfied, let us know within one day of receiving your gallery — before you download anything — and we'll refund your full session fee and any add-ons. No questions asked.

Your gallery arrives within 2 business days
After your session we retouch your images and send your private gallery. Photos are watermarked so you can review them at full quality before making any decision.

You have one full day to decide
Look through every photo. If you're happy, download and you're done. If anything isn't right, reach out within one day of receiving your gallery — that's when the guarantee applies.

Full refund, processed promptly
We refund your full session fee and any add-ons. No form to fill out, no reason required. We process it right away.
Because the makeup artist is an independent professional, the $150 makeup artist fee is non-refundable — that cost is incurred at your appointment. The remainder of your session fee ($199) plus any add-ons is fully refundable under the same one-day terms. Premium clients also review their photos on-screen before leaving the studio, so any concerns can be flagged right away.

Studio sessions
Standard ($169) is fully covered. Premium ($349) is covered with the $150 makeup artist exception noted above.
On-location sessions
Individual and team on-location shoots are fully covered — same one-day window, same terms.
Add-ons included
NFC smart cards, printed business cards, and video business cards are all refunded in full alongside your session fee.
